This track was inspired by the work of Brenda Lyons, a superb watercolor artist with a flair for fantasy. Her piece of art (which I named this song after) instantly became one of my favorites. It features a blank, white background. Set against it are two gryphons holding talons and in between them is the place only they can see - beautiful and powerful imagery.
After I first saw this art, I thought of a fun chord progression that conveyed the same joy I received from the painting. I worked on this song for an entire summer and am immensely pleased to see how it grew up.
